Due Diligence Technical Advisors on behalf of the Funders (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited) for Schools & Community Facilities in the Crawley Area. The project has provided a new secondary school at Maidenbower, replacement of Ifield Community College and Thomas Bennett Community College in new buildings, major refurbishment of Hazelwick School as well as facilities management of these schools and at the replacement Catherington and Deerswood special schools over a 25 year period.
