Project Title: 100 Bothwell Street

Completed in the late 1980’s, 100 Bothwell Street is a fully air-conditioned office development with a post completion installed water-cooled reverse heat pump system. In 2001, HulleySFM were directed to survey the building, produce an Asset Register for the fixed building services and produce a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Programme. This led to the preparation of a Tender Document for the PPM and energy purchase and Management Contract.
HulleySFM were responsible for the vetting of Contractors and all Tender Stage property induction’s and meetings following on to Tender Return and a full Tender Report with recommendations as the Contractor with the best value solution. Particular attention was paid to the water treatment regime for the cooling towers and condenser water treatment in the documentation to be complied with by the Contractor. Subsequently, HulleySFM have specified, put to tender and supervised the installation of a new fire control system with enhancements and extensions.
