West Warwickshire Sports Club employed H&K via Project Management Company, Cheshire Shakeshaft Ltd, to undertake an exciting re-development and rebuilding programme of their various sporting facilities. This project provides a new hockey pitch with high quality, effective floodlighting for national standard hockey and 7 brand new tennis courts with adjacent warm-up areas. The Bowling Green was relocated and a new pavilion erected which also served the adjacent tennis areas.
A new £1.5M clubhouse with changing and social facilities will be built to provide a more modern and appropriate environment for the public to enjoy and to bring the Club up to the required DDA standards. Squash Courts, a gym, a fabulous cicket ground and brand new large indoor and outdoor changing facilities were all included in the redevelopment master plan.
