This £40m development consists of a 208-bed Hotel and Conference Facility, Spa, Steadings, Clubhouse and two Golf Courses situated just north of St Andrews in Scotland.
The facilities were developed for an American Client based in Atlanta, Georgia, with the emphasis during Design being put on environmental impact. This was due to the sensitivity of any Development in the St Andrews Area.
The hotel facilities are fully air-conditioned and the conference facilities offer a state of the art, world class IT provision. The hotel is provided with a large atrium which splits the hotel accommodation from the conference/banqueting facilities and houses the main hotel restaurant.
As well as the Spa Building on the site, the hotel itself is equipped with a swimming pool and leisure facilities.
