Two new-build high schools, 6 new-build primary schools and 2 primary school refurbishments for Aberdeen City Council – Airyhall, Braehead, Bucksburn, Cults Academy, Heathryburn. The 3Rs project (Reorganise, Renovate and Rebuild) aims to regenerate Aberdeen’s schools estate to provide the highest quality learning environment across the city. It is intended that this initial phase will be funded by a Public Private Partnership (PPP), using a non-profit distributing organisation.
