Founded in 1725, Sir William Perkins Independent Day School for Girls is a Secondary School located on the outskirts of Chertsey.
The school has undertaken a £6.5m redevelopment of the Teaching and Drama Accommodation in a phased manner, while continuing with their academic year.
The project involved the production of a detailed site-wide development and servicing strategy for all phases of the scheme, with the support infrastructure modifications being developed and implemented in the initial stages to support all future phases.
The initial phases of the project were procured on a two stage basis in order to provide early cost certainty for the Client and make maximum use of contractor buildability input during the detailed design of the Science, Art & Technology, IT Suite and Catering Facilities.
