Born in 1971, Justin undertook a Building Environmental Engineering Honours Degree at The University of Bath. Justin joined Hulley & Kirkwood in 2008 as an Associate to open the Plymouth Office, serving Devon and Cornwall and the outlying Islands.
Justin was promoted to Director in 2011 and is responsible for the day to day operation of the Plymouth Office, including Business expansion, Resourcing, and Marketing. Justin firmly believes in promoting the industry in the region and sits on the Devon Forum of the Built Environment Committee and, as a Fellow of CIBSE, also sits on the CIBSE Peninsula Committee, where he assists with the organising of educational events for the Devon and Cornwall Region.
