New HQ for Wyre Forest Council

Hulley & Kirkwood has been appointed as building services engineers for the the relocation of Wyre Forest Council's headquarters.
In a move to save money and improve efficiencies, Wyre Forest Council has acquired land between Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn to build a single site civic headquarters. The 45,000ft2 site will consolidate council directorates which are presently spread over four sites.
A team at the Birmingham office will work with architect Broadway Malyan, URS and managers of the project, Rider Levett Bucknall, on the development.
Work on will commence in the spring next year and will complete in summer 2012.
