Hulley & Kirkwood have been involved in various Landlord Alteration and Upgrade Projects within the existing Shopping Centre, since it opened.

The projects carried out to date are as follows:-

• Feasibility Study for new Façade Lighting
• Feasibility and implementation of Sprinkler Modifications to comply with Health & Safety Legislation
• Feasibility and implementation of Cleaning Machine Room Alterations to comply with equipment requirements and Health & Safety Legislation.
• Provision of feature lighting to new and existing main entrance walkways and canopies.
• Overhaul and upgrade of existing external escalators and lifts.
• Mall re-alignment works.
• Arena alteration works to facilitate its use as a multi-purpose sports and concert venue.
• Feasibility Study for proposed BMS upgrade works
• New amenity building
