The 289,725 sq ft ( 26,915 sq m) Palasades Shopping Centre occupies a prime location above Birmingham's New Street Station.The Palasades is anchored by a number of national retailers and is served by a 1000 space multi storey car park.
H&K have been involved with major works on Phase 1 which comprised the provision of a £2.5M link between the centre and the recently completed Bull Ring Shopping Centre Development together with the relocating of retail units along the link.
H&K produced full M&E design services for the project, integrating new designs with existing services, to a live operational shopping centre.
H&K have been retained as M&E technical advisor by the Client in relation to the multi million pound New Street Station Development and its integration with the shopping centre.
