Killean House is a listed house situated on the Mull of Kintyre near Tayinloan. The building fabric was in good condition but the interior had deteriorated over the years.
The brief was to refurbish the house back to Victorian Features but provide the comfort of a modern house. A new heating system was provided using modern cast iron radiators similar in appearance to the original. The boilerplant was moved out the building to an adjacent store.
