The Litmus Building is the largest residential development of its type in Nottingham.
The site is within the Eastside regeneration zone of the city and is set to house 296 one & two bed-roomed apartments all with either balconies or terraces.
The development will offer leisure facilities such as a gymnasium and a pool together with steam rooms and sauna all of which cater for the modern living standards demanded by professional people today.
H&K were employed by the developer at the commencement of the construction phase to monitor the Contractor’s design and quality of installation against the employers requirements.
