The extensive refurbishment and extension of a warehouse in Tabernacle Street has created these high quality live/work units in an up and coming area of North London.
The all-electric units provide a flexible open plan environment suitable for residential or commercial use. The development was been carried out in 3 phases over a period of two years. Phase Two required the existing roof to be removed and raised by an extra floor with lower floors occupied. Services to serve the new Penthouse Level were provided under the initial phase to minimise disruption.
The completed Penthouse Suites cover two floors with a Mezzanine Loft Area providing views over the East End of London.
