Cormorant Wharf is an outstanding prestigious development of 56 luxury comfort cooled Apartments adjacent to a Marina. Close liaison was required with both the Concept Architect, Norman & Dawbarn in the UK and also with the Local Architect William C Smith in Gibraltar, to prepare Full Design Drawings for this striking development.
Each block accommodates a Penthouse Apartment, with services having been customised to satisfy the Client’s individual requirements. Phase Two accommodated a swimming pool and lounge gardens.
