No.1 Pacific Quay speculative office block project comprised of 3,600m² open plan office accommodation spread over three floors. The services comprised of a gas fired central heating system throughout the development and Shell and Core Electrical Services. The building was designed to be naturally ventilated with the facility to retrofit comfort cooling and mechanical ventilation.
