Refurbishment of the oil fabrication yard to bring it up to current standards for the production of facilities for the new wind farms.
The Mechanical and Electrical Contract was completed in a ten week period as the new factory occupier was on an extremely tight timeframe for his production facilities to be in operation.
The M&E work consisted of new heating, compressed air and propane distribution systems, together with total replacement of the existing power and lighting installations.
