This European Headquarters for an American Telecommunications firm consists of a 25,000m² Production/Assembly Facility with 15,000m² Office Accommodation and was completed in 2001.
The facility included full kitchen and dining rooms, high bay racking and storage areas with access egress facilities for staff adjacent to the main bus bay and car park facilities as well as the main open plan production area along with automated goods in and out bays. The whole factory is provided with mechanical cooling and heating throughout with the sprinklers to NFPA Standards. The facility is also complete with a central compressed air plant and distribution system.
The electrical power is provided by an HV ring main with a number of HV/LV sub-stations throughout the facility. Full lighting, power, fire alarm and intruder alarms are provided. External and internal CCTV and car park and ground lighting was included as well as landscape water and lighting features.
