This project was to provide a warehouse unit with associated yards, car parking and office space at Interlink Park Bardon Leicestershire
The office accommodation was to be electrically heated, therefore the thermal properties of the construction elements had to be enhanced to meet the requirements of Part L Building Regulations
The design had to make provision to include future office accommodation which was to be developed at a later stage to the first floor level which would take the total office accommodation to 3,600 ft2.
Warehouse 5249 square metres (56500 square feet).
Offices 325 square metres (3500square feet).
